Coparenting, or parent coordination, is a focus of family therapy with parents who are separated or divorced, and need help with working together to raise their children in separate households.
Why do I need medicine if I am working with my therapist?
Alcohol is the #1 drug of choice of children and adolescents.
Finney Zimmerman Psychiatric Associates treats a variety of issues for all groups and coordinate care with the primary care physicians. If you have an issue which is not available in our drop down menu please visit our Services or contact one of our office locations.
Finney Zimmerman Psychiatric Associates is on all major insurance panels and has a broad and deep referral base. We closely coordinate with primary care doctors and specialists. We do not "split" cases, that is, offer medication management for persons who are being seen for therapy in another practice. We do, however, work with primary care doctors who may have established a medication regime with their patient and who refer to us for specific behavioral or psychotherapeutic services.
